Wow. it’s best LAF i’ve ever seen in swing. and it has own window decoration.
Weirdly it seems not that far from the concepts of the Oxygen style that will or may be shipped with 4.0 of kde.

I really don’t see the relation with this Oxygen style.
This one looks great, but it’s awfully slow. Moving the mouse over the transparent/blurred menu pushes quickly the CPU to saturation event on a recent computer :/
Was not able to run a web start demo. It just doesn’t start in silence. Any ideas? I’m using linux with gnome.
You should ask the creator of Synthetica, not me :)
I would rather say that Oxygen’s style seems heavily inspired by Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard)…
